CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Children's Chapel
Kids who attend Chapel participate in traditions of the church and a mix of stories and activities that make connections between faith and their daily lives. Each Sunday, we have an opportunity to create a more positive relationship with God, friends, siblings and parents.
The St. Stephen's Children's Chapel is a pint-sized version of a traditional chapel, each detail made in diminutive scale for the comfort of our smallest parishioners. Children's Chapel is a place for little ones to experience Bible stories in ways that engage their senses; sight, sound, smell, and touch. In addition to learning stories, our children work with Mr. Karoub, our music director to learn new songs for each church season.
Our children donate their weekly offering to the Gifts for Life program with Episcopal Relief & Development. Gifts for Life purchases livestock, medicine and supplies for needy villages. The children vote for the purchase of different types of livestock each block. This program began in September of 2009 and thus far we have purchased:

Youth Group
St. Stephen's Youth Group meets each Sunday for prayer, stories and fellowship. Our youth group participates in a variety of outreach in our parish and the community.
